Swaroop Kumar, CPA
Director
Swaroop brings over two decades of strategic leadership in workforce incubation, executive placement, and corporate expansion. A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia), Swaroop heads business strategy, client acquisition, and operational development across India and international markets, including the US and Australia. Prior to his leadership role at Next Step, he built and managed service delivery centers for major corporate houses. Today, he drives Next Step’s mission of redefining recruitment through deep market intelligence, financial precision, and scalable talent acquisition solutions.
