- Lead and manage a team of IT technicians, including IT helpdesk, incident handlers, thread/ vulnerability management, Inventory management, server admins, and network admins. • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of IT team members.
- IT Support Ownership: • Take ownership of IT support services ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues. • Collaborate with the IT Head to develop and implement IT support strategies, policies, and procedures. • Ready to take challenges in crisis situation and provide efficient and effective solutions.
- Infrastructure Management: • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the IT infrastructure, including data centres hosting company servers in both offices. • Work closely with server and network administrators to ensure the stability and security of the company’s systems. • Exposure and skill on IT security monitoring, resolution and reporting.
- Hands-On Technical Expertise: • Possess hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, server administration, and network administration. • Act as a technical escalation point for complex IT issues and provide guidance to the IT support team. • Possess hands-on experience on security management tools, firewall management and Cisco Networking equipments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse IT support team. • Hands-on experience on Microsoft Technologies like Office 365, SharePoint etc • Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, server administration, and network administration. • Hands-on experience in managing security infrastructure like firewall / vulnerability management. • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centres. • Experience in handling IT support for offices in multiple locations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. • Strong training skill to develop the team in new technology and skills.
