Swaroop heads the Finance & Accounting vertical. He is a graduate in commerce and has studied in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Insititute of Internal Auditors(IIA). Swaroop joined the Next Step Group in 2006. Over the years he has worked on the F&A roles of some of the leading Fortune 500 companies, Big 4s, Global consulting firms, SME and start-ups. Swaroop is people-driven, which enables him in strategically building powerful, trusted, long term business relationships. He is based in Sydney and is an expert in sourcing and engaging F&A candidates.
